eConnect provides individual counseling to clients via telephone, web-based video, or chat. For clients who request to meet with a provider face-to-face in an office setting, assistance will be provided to locate a mental health professional locally. Clients in certain states may have restrictions on distance counseling services available to them. In those instances, clients will be notified, and eConnect will help find appropriate providers who can meet the needs of the client.
